Sheila is a Commercial Lines Account Manager and has been with the team since 2012. Her favorite part of her job is processing policies, endorsements and audits. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Personal Lines Producer
Kaleigh’s duties as a Personal Lines Producer include helping clients maximize their coverages for the most competitive premium. She provides quotes for insurance policies per the client’s needs and assists clients understand their current and available coverages. In addition, she processes proof of insurance and invoices for lenders.
Kaleigh holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Marketing. She is individually licensed to write insurance in PA, MD, WV, VA and has worked in the insurance industry since 2019.
Her favorite part of her job is getting to know her clients, saving them money and making sure they have all the coverages that suit their personal needs.
In her free time, Kaleigh enjoys visiting new places and trying new activities with her husband, Cory, and son, Cory Lee, and spending time with her kitten, Blue, and Chihuahua-Jack Russell, Zeppelin.
Carrie Heckman, CIC
SVP
As Senior Vice President/Commercial Producer, Carrie’s responsibilities include account development, commercial lines sales, and managing the day-to-day agency operations. Carrie has her CIC designation and is licensed in several states in Property, Casualty and Life. She has been part of the team for more than 15 years.
Her favorite part of her job is learning about local businesses and sharing her expertise to help protect everything her customers have worked so hard to achieve. She values the trust that she’s earned and the lasting relationships she’s built with her customers.
Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three granddaughters, shopping (locally whenever possible), traveling, ATV riding and outdoor adventures.

Legal Alert: Enforcement of the HIPAA Reproductive Health Care Privacy Rule Vacated Nationwide
On June 18, 2025, a federal district court in Texas vacated a significant portion of the HIPAA Privacy Rule to Support Reproductive Health Care Privacy (“Final Rule”), which was implemented on April 24, 2024, on a nationwide basis. The Final Rule, which was implemented in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (effectively overturning Roe v. Wade), was intended to protect the ability of individuals to receive reproductive health care when the care is provided lawfully under the circumstances without risk of an individual’s identity or health information being disclosed for purposes of state criminal, civil or administrative investigations (or for imposing liability related to lawfully providing or obtaining reproductive healthcare).
