Ivory Buck joined Avon-Dixon, as Claims Manager, in 2005 with 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.  He is a licensed property casualty insurance agent and holds an adjuster’s license.  Ivory has a very solid background in personal and commercial lines claims having been an insurance investigator, claims adjuster and commercial lines claims supervisor, during his career. Ivory attends technical insurance seminars and takes continuing education classes to maintain informed on the latest industry standards and changes.
